If you need to search the official records of the company with ASIC we can help you with that. It includes searching for current or historical details of officeholders, shareholders, office addresses of a company, charges and other records filed by the company with ASIC. It includes the following services:-
- Search for current and historical details on companies, office holders, and shareholders
- Obtain copies of any document filed by the company with ASIC including forms, charges and financial statements from the date of its incorporation.
Price: $44.00 Including GST + ASIC Fee as applicable Download Order Form
To obtain details and copies of Pre-1991 documents it can take up to four weeks. For these documents, we need to request ASIC on the prescribed form for which we will charge an additional service fee.

- Images of documents filed with ASIC
Documents can be provided as uncertified and certified for a different ASIC fee.
How to Order
Steps:
- Download the order form
- Fill out the form and return it to us at companychanges@trustdeed.com.au
- We will work out the required ASIC fee as per official ASIC prices for each type of search and copy of the document and advise you about the total amount payable.
- If agreed we will issue an invoice and on payment of the same we will conduct the search and provide you the documents.
